Hōmbound gives you a full guarantee that your order will be in mint condition and be free of any defects. Our quality control staff takes note of most defects before they leave the factory.
No. All books are sent directly from the printer to their destination through an automated process.

We’ll attempt to cancel your item as best we can but submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee your item will be canceled.
